Each bat ships flat. Fold the wings to the angle you want before you mount it — a shallow fold for a bat at rest, a sharp one for a bat mid-flight — and it stands off the surface rather than lying against it. They go up on anything smooth and dry: painted walls, cabinet doors, windows, mirrors, the side of a bookcase.
The adhesive strips are reusable, and PVC means they are unbothered by a damp bathroom or a porch. When the season is over they lift off; warm the strip with a hairdryer if one is stubborn, and clear any residue with a little alcohol.

HOW TO HANG THEM
The arrangement that works is a swarm, not a grid. Begin with the smallest bats tight together near the ceiling or the top corner of a window, then let them thin out and grow larger as they come down the wall. Clean the dust off first — adhesive strips are reusable but they need a dry surface to grip. Avoid vents, where the airflow will work them loose.
